Friends brought me to Picklr Burlington to teach me pickleball for the 1st time I had ever played. I fell in love with pickleball and wanted to continue playing, but first I needed to figure out what paddle to use, how to play, who to play with, and where to play. Picklr offered all of that and more. I started with a trial membership, lessons, demoing different paddles, clinics, and a socials that were offered multiple times a day. The first social I signed up for I loved the group. The people were so nice. In the meantime, the pros were great, and the desk staff were very helpful and friendly. I figured out what paddle to buy. I learned more about the rules and how to properly do the strokes involved in pickleball. They even had a sale for the country's 250th anniversary. My trial came to an end and I wanted to continue playing with my new pickleball friends in the nice climate controlled environment with AC and no wind. I loved the idea of using the ball machine to continue practicing what I learned in lessons so I bought the pro membership with unlimited ball machine and the AI machine to analyze my strokes. I have only been a member a couple of weeks and haven't had

I’m pretty particular about where I play, I like things organized, well run, and yes, clean, and The Picklr Burlington really impressed me. The facility is well maintained, but more than that, everything just feels thoughtfully managed. Courts are in great condition, games run smoothly, and the overall setup makes it easy to jump in and play without confusion. The staff is friendly and professional, and the vibe is competitive but still welcoming. It’s the kind of place where you can focus on your game and actually enjoy the experience. Definitely a spot I’d recommend if you appreciate a well-kept, well-organized facility with good energy.

Playing at The Picklr Burlington has been such a great experience! The courts are consistently well-kept, lighting is excellent, and the overall environment is very inviting. The team is professional, attentive, and always ready to help, which makes every visit smooth and enjoyable. You can really feel the strong sense of community hereβ€”players are friendly and the energy is always positive. It’s easily one of the best indoor pickleball facilities I’ve been to. Highly recommended!

I normally don't write reviews, but by experience at Picklr in Burlington was very disappointing. The full membership, which looks attractive at $149 for unlimited play, does not really work for people trying to get into games after work. It is nearly impossible to get into evening open play sessions, since they only have 8 courts in Burlington, and the number of members is not capped. When I called to inquire about this, I was told that they have over 700 members. Even if you register the moment courts are open for sign up, you wind up on a waiting list, and the app does not show you where you are on the waiting list. You need to call the front desk to find out where you are on the waiting list (kind of ridiculous). The front desk can move you up, apparently, which is not fair at all. Clearly, members that call get preferential treatment. After learning about this, I canceled my membership, and asked for a reimbursement of my second month, which I was not able to use. Remarkably, the manager in charge (Seth) was unwilling to issue a reimbursement and told me how happy everyone was with their facility. While I do not disagree that there are many happy members, as a general rule, bu

I have been playing at the Piclr in Burlington for the past 4 months. It has been a wonderful experience. I have introduced three of my friends to the Picklr and they also enjoy the experience. The courts are clean, the surface is consistent and the programs run smoothly. I have benefited from all the clinics, private lessons from the Master Michael Messier and social programs that I have taken. The check-ins are quick and smooth. I love the energy of the front desk people. I feel like Norm from Cheers when they greet me. Thank you and keep up the good work.
